Tabitha Poison has somehow wound up in a hospital, unconscious and unaware of her surroundings but that is not as weird as the fact that she has no pulse whatsoever. The doctors have run their tests, she’s alive for sure but it seems as if she’s not human, and hopefully, they’ll find out more about this anomaly soon.
However, during the night, an uninvited guest infiltrates the hospital department where she’s located. A female vampire Kelly Collins appears and starts feeding on the blood of another patient, Ashby Winter. Once she has feasted on Ashby, Kelly bites her neck to turn her into the vampire as well, in hopes of recruiting more followers.
She continues the mission by entering Tabitha’s room, there she approaches her neck with long canine teeth, and just inches away from piercing Tabitha’s skin, she gets frozen in place. Kelly has become the victim herself, she has awoken Tabitha, an alien tentacle monster with a mission of her own. Kelly’s wrists are soon bound by long tentacles, and her mouth is plugged with another one, getting filled with alien cum and becoming Tabitha’s puppet.
Together they visit Ashby, who is now a full-blown vampire. Similarly, she is also turned into Tabitha’s follower, with some help from her horny tentacles.
